Ok, Hadou means energy wave. Riley/Gen and Lucario are users of that (if you watched Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, It could make much sense too). On Pokemon D/P Ep110 and Ep111, Riley/Gen does a hadou fireball....that is very similar to Street Fighter Ryu's Hadou-ken.
